Digital products

Since this is a digital product, I cannot offer refunds or returns. In the unlikely event that you should run into an issue- please contact me and I will try to help in any way I can.

Canvas Products

All of our canvas’ are made to order, which means all the products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you accidentally ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, I offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact me within 14 days of product delivery. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If there is an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all the affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

How to initiate replacement or refund:

• Click on “Purchases” on your Etsy profile
• To the right of your order, click “Help with order” 
• Fill out and submit the help request form (don't forget to attach photos)
• I will contact you with confirmation of your request and issue a replacement or refund with my Printing Partner
